Connie Lo is the Senior Director of Cornerstone Hong Kong office. She focuses on assisting multinational and local clients in providing solutions across full spectrum of workforce consulting, talent management & talent acquisition initiatives.
Prior to joining Cornerstone International Group, Connie was the Senior Partner of a global career & talent consulting firm responsible for developing business strategies and leading Hong Kong & Taiwan teams to develop and expand its business. Connie also worked with the clients from different industries by providing robust talent and career management solutions to fit into their organizational needs.
In Connie’s earlier career, she was HR professional for Greater China at General Electric, as well in MNC companies in the financial services industry where she played an active business partner role on country and regional human resources management activities.
Connie is a seasoned professional and clients’ trusted partner in serving the most effective solutions from talent acquisition tools, competency framework development, employee engagement, leadership development programs, and assessment center and succession management.
Connie has a proven track record across the Asia Pacific region in management the human side of change and successfully supporting clients on many large scale cross-border organizational change projects as a result of merger & acquisition and restructuring. As a career coach, Connie has supported managers and employees in managing the impact of change as a result of restructuring. She motivates and equips individuals affected by job loss to effectively make a positive and successful career transition.
Connie holds a bachelor’s degree of Business Administration and Management from De Montfort University, UK. A certified Global Career Development Facilitator GCDF by the National Board for Certified Counselors (NBCC) USA, Connie is also a qualified practitioner of assessment tools such as Hogan, Birkman, and Self-Directed Search (SDS).
