CB Venugopal, popularly called Venu has over twenty five years experience in Sales, Training and Development, Executive Search, Executive Coaching and Consulting areas.
He is now part of the leadership team at Cornerstone India based at Bangalore with a mandate to grow the business across services, adding depth and breadth to the global services offerings. He will lead and build a strong Technology practice group at Cornerstone in addition to other industry verticals, leveraging his past experience of building successful organisations.
Professional History
Venugopal started his career in the early nineteen nineties. He co-founded four organisations so far, including PeopleSmart Leadership Consulting.
He has built and mentored large teams, supported CXOs as an Executive Coach in their success and growth and fulfilled search mandates across IT, FMCG, BFSI, Healthcare and other sectors

CBV has travelled widely and he has worked in senior positions in blue-chip companies in the manufacturing, automation and consulting sectors.
Venugopal studied BE in Industrial and Production Engineering from Bangalore University
CBV is a Professional Certified Coach. He has designed a curriculum and high impact frameworks which was accredited by ICF and this in turn led to the certification of several individuals at the ACC and PCC levels from International Coaching Federation.
Hobbies / Additional Activities
He is an avid fitness, adventure and travel enthusiast. He practices meditation and Hindustani vocal music and believes these hobbies add depth and provide a meaningful anchor in his life.
