Over 20 years of experience in recruitment and previously served in Human Resource function of different companies.
Teresa became an executive search consultant beginning 2008, she has successfully completed search assignments for CIO Greater China, general managers for large local biotechnology group, human resources and finance managers, specialized finance executives for a number of finance leading companies.
Teresa is a Certified Career Coach, she provides Career Coaching and Outplacement Services to clients and candidates with whom she serves.
Education
Teresa holds a MBA from City University of America, and also a BA of English from Capital Normal University.
