Leon is the Partner Consultant at the Cornerstone Melbourne office, focusing on executive search/talent acquisition services across Melbourne and Adelaide.
Before joining Cornerstone, Leon worked at large corporate institutions in the forest, media, defense, higher education, and healthcare sectors in Australia and South Africa. Leon’s expertise encompasses high-level stakeholder engagement and human capital management, strategic policy development/communication, corporate marketing, and media management across print, broadcast, and digital channels.
Leon is a qualified futurist, political scientist, and journalist in various senior communications, advocacy, and business management roles, including those responsible for engaging with the Australian State and Federal Government on behalf of peak industry associations.
