Country Head, Paulina Cobo, has over 15 years of experience in the human talent and strategic consulting areas. Throughout her professional career, she has worked in companies in the telecommunications, insurance and consulting sectors. Thanks to her extensive knowledge in human resources issues, as well as his leadership skills, strategic approach, organizational development, planning and development, since 2014 he has held management positions in leading companies such as PwC, Diners, among others.
