María Amalia Arízaga is the Manager Sector Lead of Cornerstone Ecuador. She is in charge of all of the strategic, commercial and client development services of Cornerstone Ecuador.
Previous Experience
She is a senior executive and strategic consultant with extensive experience in Executive Search, Communications, Human Resources Project Management, Change Management Projects and Organizational Development Projects. She has focused her career in working with clients to surpass their change process with a structural methodology, as well as working with them in developing leadership and transformational HR practice in their workspace.
María Amalia has previous experience in the industrial, pharmaceutical, consumer goods and commercial sector.
Education
María Amalia has a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Organizational Psychology in Penn State University with a double minor in Business Administration and Laboral Employment Relations.
She also has a MBA in the EAE Business School of Madrid. María Amalia is Certified by Prosci Institute in Change Management Practitioner and has a certification in Leadership and Change by the MIT University.
