President of the Cornerstone Toronto team is Nance MacLeod, an international corporate trainer and facilitator, Executive Coach, known for “turning strategy into execution”. MacLeod has worked in senior executive roles for a range of organizations and has extensive experience in coaching and leadership development.

MacLeod is and active member of the (Association Change Management Practitioners) ACMP, Change Management Institute (CMI) & International Coaching Federation (ICF) and is past president of the International Coaching Federation Toronto Chapter.
