We are a boutique firm, yet bring global reach to assignments. We work in numerous industry sectors locally and are also members of Cornerstone’s Real Estate and Construction Specialty Teams.
We partner with Cornerstone International Offices when servicing clients beyond our borders, and have recently completed several successful assignments in the construction materials and technology sectors both in the US and the UK.

We act as Talent Advisors for our clients. While our focus has always been Retained Executive Search and Executive Coaching, we also have a number of specialty areas within our practice, including Needs Analysis, Go-To-Market Strategies, Interview & Assessment and Onboarding.
Our expertise has crossed many business sectors including real estate, manufacturing and distribution, construction, building products, hospitality, healthcare, pharmaceuticals, retail and professional services. Our focus is on leadership and high impact positions.
Our Coaching engagements typically focus on increasing awareness, effectiveness and development of leadership skills and of the attainment of both personal and professional goals.
