Jim has led HR organizations for private and public companies where he drove cultural transformation, built leadership capability and created alignment with go-to-market strategy and organizational structure.
At Cornerstone, he provides leadership consultation and coaching to executives and teams to unlock their potential and accelerate their ability to deliver greater business impact.
Jim has a B.S. from the University of Vermont and an MBA from the Haas School at the University of California, Berkeley. He has also completed the External Coach Intensive program at Columbia University.
