Robert graduated from the American Chapel School in Sao Paulo, graduated in Engineering from the Polytechnic University of São Paulo and received a scholarship as a Confederation of British Industry Scholar to undertake his graduate studies in the UK.

He participated in the extension program for Executive Education at Harvard Business School. He was president of Korn/Ferry International, the Global Leader in recruiting and executive search, for Brazil and Latin America.

Robert was considered by The Economist magazine as one of the 200 Most Prominent Headhunters of the World for his genuine interest in people and his skills in discovering their true talent, sometimes even unknown to the candidates themselves. He is an effective member of several NGOs and educational institutions, among them: FIA-USP, SIFE, Siddhartha College, and the Institute CEO of the Future.

Author of the best-seller “Success is to be in Equilibrium” which is in its 14th printing, and of the book “Super Tips for Landing a Great Job”, Robert is recognized as one of the most influential speakers in the corporate world.
