Nancy is a Senior Partner of Cornerstone International Group Hong Kong office. She is a seasoned professional in the human capital sector with 20 years of experience spanning Hong Kong, China, Taiwan, Singapore and the Asia Pacific in executive search.
Experience
Nancy was previously with a global search firm as partners for 11 years, before joining Cornerstone International Group in 2006. Based in Hong Kong, Nancy had covered China extensively and conduct searches in Hong Kong and across China markets, as well as the Asia Pacific.
Born and brought up in Hong Kong, Nancy had spent over 20 years in England, mostly in the Healthcare Service. Before returning to Hong Kong in 1995, her last position was with a UK health insurance company, responsible for Recruitment and Training.
Her typical executive search activity is focused on senior management level, especially on ‘C’ suite executives or Head of Business or Function appointments for large local or multinational companies.

Recruiting, and training in the area of human capital have been an integral and passionate part of Nancy’s work for most of her career. Her UK post-graduate Diploma in Management Studies and Certificate in Adult Education & Training have empowered Nancy to be highly successful in the corresponding HR disciplines. Nancy is also a certified executive coach and member of International Coaching Federation.
