Iwona has graduated at the Warsaw University (1992) when the Polish market was just facing its first steps of changes towards establishing a new economy system of the private market. As a first generation Iwona was gaining her experience working within international environment for the first multinational companies that appeared on the market.
In 1999 she started with an individual concept of setting up an own business Business Consulting (search & selection). The growing success encouraged her to invest in her professional development undertaking the 2 year Postgraduate Diploma in Psychology at the Polish University in Poznan, followed by the additional courses, workshops and trainings in HR field. Then she aimed in 2010-2012 for MBA in Human Resources Management in Leon Kozminski Academy in Warsaw, followed in 2016 by Coaching and Mentoring courses that resulted in obtaining Global Individual Coach & Mentor Accreditation EIA EMCC (EUROPEAN MENTORING & COACHING COUNCIL) in 2018. Since than Iwona has been active in coaching and mentoring processes professionally but also as Pro Bono Coach & Mentor for different local organizations such: Big Brother Big Sister, Business Leaders Women Foundation, Responsible Business Foundation.

For the last 20+ years Iwona independently has managed Business Consulting (search & selection) continuously acting as HR Senior Executive Consultant and also since 2018 as Accredited EMCC EIA Coach & Mentor with main expertise in the following sectors: food Industry, metals & mining/ manufacturing industry, IT (soft-ware), retail, real estate / building and construction, property development or by functions: CFO/Chief Administrative Officer, CEO/Managing Director, COO/Chief Operation Officer, Country Director, National Sales Director, Business Development Manager, Plan Director/greenfield, etc.
The companies profiles attended by Iwona’s organization are in majority foreign market entry companies that expand to Polish market and require the local Partner to support them in selecting key professionals for their 1st position withing the organization, but also direct and advise on local aspects when setting up the business/opening branch office or relocating their production plant – with great support of recommended by Iwona the local companies specialized in legal services, accountancy, payroll, oath translations, real estate agencies etc. But also well established locally the Polish and foreign organizations planning their further growth and development.

Interests
Iwona has been a vegetarian for 30+ years, keen on healthy style of living. She loves sailing (has marine helmsman’s license and 2000+ nautical miles on her account), skiing, Nordic-walking and swimming. Her favorite place for holidays is countryside and nature. Her travelling achievements: 11 000 km off-roads in outback in Australia, Machu Pichu/ Huayna Pichu and Peruvian Amazon.
