Dr. Gabriele Lehner, PhD is a registered / licensed management consultant and managing partner at www.lehnerexecutive.com, Cornerstone’s member firm in Vienna.
Dr. Lehner began her career at the MDI (Management Institut der Industrie) in Vienna, where she focused on Leadership development. Since 1987, she has been working in Executive search in Austria, Germany and the CEE.
In 1996, she became general manager of Plaut Personalberatung, entrusted with building up the business as a daughter company of Plaut Consultancy, a global management consultancy. In 2001, Gabriele Lehner took the company over with an MBO, as a managing partner/owner. In 2003, the company was renamed to Lehner Executive Partners.
