Joanna’s obtained her master degree in French Philology at the Cracow University in Poland. She aimed to continue to develop her professional skills within HR field while at the same time developing her professional French knowledge. Joanna’s work experience has situated her in the fields of HR consultancy in French personnel recruitment agency set-up in Poland and then in Polish origin HR agencies operating in Poland.

Joanna has been in recruitment business for over 14 years. She has been acting as Senior Executive Search Consultant within Business Consulting (search & selection) structure for the past 7 years. She is a certified Consultant of on-line assessment tool (EchoPerformance) served to analise the candidates’ skills and competences.

Her main expertise is focused on the following industries: real estate/ property development, construction and building materials, food industry, automotive, renewable energy, chemical, automation industry.

She is fluent in Polish, French and Italian.
Interests
Joanna is very keen on dancing. Tango and flamenco are her favorite dances. She loves animals especially her cat of siamese race named Remy. Her favorite travel destination is Greece and Zakyntos Island precisely. She is found of Italy and Italian cuisine. She loves Italy and everything that is connected with this country.
