He has more than 7 years of experience in global leading consulting companies and 10 years of experience working in commercial and marketing areas. He has previously worked in banking, startups and Retail sectors, among national and multinational companies.

Gianfranco has wide experience in recruitment and career development. He leads an entrepreneurship that recruits students who aspire to get a scholarship in different countries, based in their sports performance. His main goal is to impact in students lifes with more opportunities to develop their careers through sports around the world.

Gianfranco holds a degree in Business Administration from USIL (Universidad San Ignacio de Loyola) and Master in Project Management from Alcalá University in Spain. He also has a specialization in Human Resources by the Alcalá University in Spain. He is fluent in Spanish and English.
