Julie developed her strategic vision through 25+ years of working experience across the Asia Pacific region. Before joining Cornerstone, Julie served as HR Vice President, Asia Pacific for Sanofi. HR Director of Growth Market Unit at IBM, HR Director of Agfa Asia Pacific, and HR Director Haworth Asia Pacific.
Julie started her executive coach and leadership development in 2017 by leveraging her broad multi-cultural and extensive corporate senior executive experiences. She has helped many leaders, including C-suite executives and leadership teams. I have over 20 years of corporate and consulting experience as a senior HR executive in Global Fortune 100 companies. Before my executive coaching career, I was the HR Vice President, Asia Pacific of Sanofi, and HR Director of IBM Global Emerging Market. My exceptional exposure to assisting executives from diverse business markets such as China, India, Russia, Mexico, and the Asia Pacific region was unique.

I apply Goal, Reality, Options, Will (GROW) model to my clients. As a professional coach, probing with the right questions and practicing listening skills are critical. Empowering the client to take ownership of actions is the key to creating impact. Lastly, my coaching presence and ability to build trust is the fundamental success factor.
