I work with C-suite executives, senior leaders and high potentials to enhance leadership skills, increase Emotional Intelligence as well as improve Executive Presence to maximize leadership performance. My work with clients involves assessing strengths, identifying potential blind spots and developing appropriate action plans to increase overall leadership effectiveness. In many cases this also involves improving and developing stronger interpersonal relationships. I have worked with over one hundred leaders across a variety of industries.

I pride myself on being curious, and innately intuitive. My empathetic and direct approach allows me to work with my clients to increase their self-awareness and help them get focused and set measurable goals. My coaching is grounded in validated behavioral assessments and 360 tools to address all cornerstones of Emotional Intelligence. I guide and challenge my clients to use real world scenarios to accomplish their goals.  My clients, even the most self-proclaimed Introverts, appreciate my experience and approach that led to a positive and sustained increase in leadership effectiveness and in most cases also improved and stronger interpersonal relationships.

PROFESSIONAL HISTORY

Prior to becoming a coach, I spent my career in corporate Human Resources. In my last corporate role, I was Chief Talent Officer, for a global marketing communications company with revenue over $390M where I was responsible for leading all aspects of Talent across North America and Canada.

RESULTS ACHIEVED

I coached an Executive Vice President at a global marketing company who managed multiple remote teams and was a self-proclaimed introvert. Coaching focused on using 360 feedback and a behavioral assessment to Leader was successful at becoming more actively engaged in his team’s development and became a more positive and motivating influence in his department as well as improved his interpersonal relationships with key stakeholders across the organization.

I also coached a Senior Vice President at a global management consulting firm to increase Emotional Intelligence, enhance organizational influence, and improve executive presence. Coaching used 360 feedback and a behavioral assessment to increase EQ. Coaching resulted in the leader successfully building effective partnerships across the organization and increasing followership.

I worked with an SVP, Director at a leading healthcare system to increase her Emotional Intelligence, specifically to understand the impact she was having across the organization. Coaching focused on improving leadership and collaboration skills. Using 360 feedback and a behavioral assessment, this leader was able to become a positive influence across the organization, become a better collaborator, partner, and overall, a more respected member of the Executive Team.

A High Potential Director at a global real estate firm was moving from an individual contributor role to a leadership role. Coaching focused on improving leadership skills, executive presence, and communication skills. By incorporating 360 feedback and a behavioral assessment, this leader was able to understand his tendencies and was able to effectively connect with his direct reports, clients, and executive management. Leader has since been promoted to Vice President.
