My coaching clients are usually company or department leaders who are not satisfied with the status quo and who are very results-driven. Many of my client organizations are going through a growth stage or looking to maintain their competitive advantage. I work best with transformational leaders who are looking for an edge in a very fast-paced, ambiguous world that is constantly shifting. I enjoy working with leaders who think big.

I began my career in management roles in the financial services industry. I had the ability to get the most out of people. I was given troubled teams and successfully turned them into high performing teams.
I followed this experience and became a business consultant. In this phase of my career, I discovered coaching. I quickly realized that coaching was my leadership style. I began my coaching career working with small business owners. Then, I began coaching executives and new leaders.
I am now devoted full time to coaching. I coach international and USA leaders on issues that affect them on a daily basis. I have coached leaders on six of the seven continents of the world. I use my expertise to help leaders not only meet their goals; but EXCEED them.
I am a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with the International Coaching Federation. I am certified in conducting Emotional Intelligence, DISC, KII Influence Indicator and Leadership Agility assessments. Theodore holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Southern NH University and two degrees from Bentley University (Bachelor of Science Degree in Computer Information Systems and Associate of Science Degree in Management). I am the past President of the International Coaching Federation of New England chapter. I am a member of the National Speakers Association.
My style of coaching reflects both my passion and his executive background – curious, reflective, caring, enthusiastic, results-oriented and with an approach to foster the ability for my clients to understand themselves from the “inside-out”. I believe that as a leader, others rely on your judgment and skills to keep them on the path to success. I believe that a leader’s mind like a parachute have one thing in common—both do not operate unless they are open.
Since I have worked in various levels in organizations, I am able to address workplace communication from both sides of the “been there, done that” perspective. I fully understand the frustrations that result from the exchange of inadequate information between subordinates and superiors, and among peers. Poor interpersonal communication in the business world leads to faulty conclusions; conclusions that reduce revenue because of the underlying flawed assumptions.
