Veteran Search Professional Joins Cornerstone in Miami
MIAMI, FL – April 15, 2015 — Pat Atkinson, a seasoned Human Resources and search professional with experience stretching across three continents, has joined ECS Partners International, member firm for the Cornerstone International Group here.

Atkinson came to ECS Partners from Wells Fargo, where he was head of Human Resources for the Americas, leading a team of 900. He successfully integrated HR governance, policies, practices and processes formerly managed independently in nine countries and facilitated the company’s first Americas HR audit.
He has extensive experience in all aspects of search and recruitment including performance management, staffing and recruitment, development, training, retention, succession planning, compensation, benefits, staff relations, and internal communications.
Broad Experience in Search
Atkinson has a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from JFK University in Buenos Aries and also taught as Adjunct Professor at another Institution there, University of Belgrano.
