Cornerstone International Italy was founded in May 2009 by owners Gianni Perri and Giuseppe Campellone who left Boyden Executive Search to branch out on their own.

Over the years we have completed assignments placing several hundreds of managers, from C-Level to middle management, in a wide variety of domestic as well as multinational organizations. These have been placed in a wide range of business sectors including from Oil & Gas, Hi-Tech, Automotive, Infrastructure, Transportation, Professional Services, Medical, Consumer, Technical Services, Not-For-Profit and Aerospace & Defense.

Handling Organization Development activity (including Assessment, Coaching, Organization and Development Courses) is a staff of full-time Senior Consultants, supporting a front-line group of Associate Partners who are out in the marketplace. The firm can rely also on a number of on-call Senior Consultants specialized in a range of activities.
