Simonetta graduated in Psychology of Employment and Organisations at the University of Padua and is accredited by the Order of Psychologists of Lombardy as an expert in the field.
She began her career in consulting as a partner at a leading recruitment firm in Milan.
For many years she has held the position of Project Manager in the evaluation of personnel and organizational development through methodology of the assessment centre and individual assessments. Prior to joining Cornerstone, she served as general manager at a management consulting company in the field of human resources.
Simonetta has worked for many years in coaching, especially on issues of selection and evaluation of personnel, and organizational behaviour. Her work experience includes at major companies of large scale distribution in the Retail and IT sectors.
She has been at Cornerstone Italy since the summer of 2010 and manages projects of organizational development and training.
