Gianni Perri is Managing Partner of Cornerstone International in Italy. He works with customers from leading organizations mainly Aerospace & Defense, Transportation, Professional Services, Consumer Products, Media & Entertainment, and Oil & Gas.
Leveraging his extensive HR Management experience, Gianni focuses on C-level and second line assignments for Italian organizations as well on Organization Development and Assessment programs.
He and his business partner Giuseppe Campellone lead the firm’s Italian operations that they founded in mid 2009.
Previous Experience
Prior to founding Cornerstone International in Italy, Gianni was Managing Partner of Boyden International in Italy for 15 years and he formed the Boyden Institute that is still active with its practices within Cornerstone International – Italy. Before his career with Cornerstone, Gianni covered significant HR positions with Athena Consulting, Banca Fideuram and Alitalia, where his career started.

Education
Gianni graduated in Psychology from the State University “La Sapienza” in Roma.
