Our survey this year looks at the degree to which company workers are truly engaged. Previous surveys have suggested a fully engaged workforce produces 30% better results on the bottom line.
Our survey, however, would indicate that most managers who believe their employees are ”very engaged” have not yet done the heavy lifting needed to realize those superior results.
