Gabriëlle’s Vision

“In this time of rapid change, talent in the right place is more crucial than ever. Making the appropriate match requires a broader view than just looking at what someone has done in the past. It entails making a match while keeping the mission, culture and the team of the organization in mind.

“I take pleasure in immersing myself in the context of the company and looking beyond knowledge and skills in the selection of candidates. What drives the potential candidate, who is he/she and does he/she fit in the relevant context? I think it is important that people get the opportunity to continue to grow and be in their power at any time in their careers.

“I also believe in the importance of diversity in a broad sense – if a company wants to continue to grow and innovate, then diversity in terms of background and ideas within teams is of great importance. I like to combine these aspects along with my creativity, curiosity and analytical thinking, into finding the right match.”

Talent is the currency of the new economy”, Liz Wiseman
