Rodger’s career includes senior executive roles with global industrial leaders, consistently delivering strong results across international markets. He served as Head of Samsung’s LED Business in Greater China, Head of Osram BU Light Engine for East Asia, and Managing Director of Tridonic Greater China. He also set up Philips Lighting Shanghai Competency Center and led the commercial team of Philips Luminaires in China.
Early in his career, Rodger was Lead Engineer at the China State Laboratory and Engineer at Samsung Semiconductor, supporting Chinese manufacturers’ global expansion. This technical foundation, combined with executive leadership experience, gives him unique insight into both operational and strategic challenges.
