Diego Cubas is the Regional Managing Partner of Cornerstone Peru, Mexico, Ecuador, Panama, and Miami. As well as being Chairman of the Latin America region of Cornerstone International Group, he is also a Global Chair of the Cornerstone network. As a consultant, he mainly focuses on board, CEO, and senior HR and Commercial management assignments.
He is a senior consultant in Executive and Board Search with proven successful experience across the LATAM region. He has experience in commercial and marketing strategies, including market research and brand building, with an emphasis on consumer goods and services in companies such as Procter & Gamble, AIG, and Americatel.
Diego is a recipient of the “Cornerstone Chairman Award 2009” and the “Cornerstone Chairman Award 2010”.
Diego is also a member of the board of several organizations in Peru. He is an angel investor and a frequent panelist on several subjects including personal branding, networking, employability, and talent management. He is a member of Vistage, a global association of CEOs and Business Owners, and an active member of APERHU, an association of HR Executives.
Diego has a B.S. in Business Administration from Universidad de Lima with experience in transnational companies. He also holds an MBA from Universidad del Pacifico. He graduated from the CEO Management Program at PAD Universidad de Piura and IESE in New York. He has also completed the Corporate Directors Program at the IESE Business School.
