In 2013, we were proud to form a partnership with HCI to provide and manage what we believe is the most advanced program of psychometric assessment tools and processes in the industry.

Cornerstone’s Assessment Services (CAS) is derived from a system that is used in 20 countries and has created approximately 150,000 assessments to improve results through better people management.

CAS is administered by certified professionals who are strategically located along our network of 70 offices in 38 countries
