How to Leverage Coaching Power

A sign of the growing power of workplace coaching is the number of firms – especially multi-nationals – which are training key executives, line managers and leaders in professional coaching skills.

A typical Coaching Skills Training Package includes designed programs with practical, highly interactive and professional coach training sessions for senior level employees wishing to:

  • Improve communication and save time
  • Energize team participation and productivity
  • Convert challenges into coaching solutions
  • Quickly uncover underlying issues
  • Inspire teams through internal motivation
  • Exponentially expand professional skills
  • Know when to enlist outside coaching resources

The Manager as Coach

This two-day “Intensive Coaching Boot Camp for Managers” focuses on developing practical coaching skills to greatly improve the way managers work with their teams. A hands-on workshop, it emphasizes practical coaching techniques reinforced with several practice coaching sessions.

Cornerstone Certified Executive Coach (CCEC)

Many executives wish to enhance their professional credentials, skills and knowledge by taking the extra step to become a professional certified coach. The Cornerstone Certified Executive Coach (CCEC) training provides that opportunity.

This 60-hour, ICF-approved program is conducted through a combination of onsite training and live Teleclasses. Leaders, HR professionals, Directors and Senior Managers are invited to participate.
