Jakub is a graduate of the University of Economics and Management in Prague at Faculty of Business Management.
In his career he gained international experience from his work activities in Toronto, London, St. Petersburg and Kuala Lumpur. From 2004, he worked at the Economic Department of the Embassy of Malaysia responsibility for foreign investors, government bodies and other customers.
He worked at investment/trade/promotions projects in the Czech Republic and Malaysia and later in the working commissions at Municipal House Prague, Ministries (Transport, Foreign Affairs, Industry and Trade) and also in the top management of the Brokerage company operating in the US market with responsibility for Financial Services/Financial Legal. In the company SEVEn Energy, he participated as an expert in many groups focusing on Energy Savings as eg. electric mobility and EPC (Energy Performance Contracting). He participated in projects organised in a number of EU countries. Since 2014 to 2017 he was member of the board and interim manager of several private companies with specialization on Financial Services, Promotions, Fintech and Recruitment.
