Gustavo Sintes Partner and Director at Cornerstone Colombia with more than 45 years of experience in the financial services industry and strategic consulting and talent management.
He began his career at Citibank Colombia where he finally held the position of Head of Corporate Banking. After Citibank, Gustavo was named Marketing Vice President of Banco de Colombia and was a member of the Board of Directors of Eagle National Bank of Miami.
Later in his career, Gustavo became president of Banco Mercantil’s subsidiary in Colombia. He was later appointed President of Macrofinancieras SA in Bogotá. As a consultant, he was responsible for the creation of the largest commercial bank in Honduras, Banco BGA (Banco Grupo el Ahorro Hondureño).
He was also President of TS Capital in Colombia, a fully integrated Consulting Firm dedicated to the Management of Private Equity Funds through a Strategic Alliance with Advent International.
In the Executive Search field, Gustavo was a senior consultant in Colombia for Spencer Stuart and Associates, one of the leading Executive Search consulting firms in the world.
Gustavo has a degree in Business Administration from Universidad de los Andes, Bogotá, Colombia.
