Lina Sintes, Partner & Managing Director at Cornerstone Colombia, has more than 12 years of experience as an Executive Search consultant. She developed her professional executive search consulting practice in several industries in the Spanish and Colombian markets, providing talent assessment and recruitment services to a wide variety of international and local corporations.
Previously, she worked for Human Capital Consulting in Bogotá as Vice President of Business Development.
In this role, she supported the company´s President on the commercial and business strategies, which involved data mining for new clients, market analysis, telemarketing and corporate events.
After finishing her master’s degree in Spain, she worked at Seeliger y Conde in Madrid, where she was the right hand of the firm’s International Director.
Previously, in Colombia, she worked for Hunting & Selection SA and Spencer Stuart, both in Bogotá, as a Junior Consultant.
Lina has a Master’s Degree in Human Resources Management from Cornell University, NY, and obtained an MBA in International Business from Foro Europeo-Escuela de Negocios de Navarra (Spain). Previously, Lina obtained a degree in International Business from Universidad de la Sabana, Bogotá, Colombia.
Lina Sintes is certified in Hogan Assessments and Strategic Human Resource Management and is fully English-Spanish bilingual.
