Lina Sintes, Partner and Managing Director at Cornerstone Colombia and Global Chair of Talent Solutions at Cornerstone, has more than 12 years of experience as a leadership solutions consultant. She developed her professional executive search consulting practice in several industries in the Spanish and Colombian markets, providing talent assessment and recruitment services to various international and local corporations.
After finishing her Master’s degree in Spain, she worked at Seeligery Conde in Madrid, where she was the right hand of the firm’s International Director. Previously, in Colombia, she worked as a Consultant for Hunting & Selection S.A. and Spencer Stuart, both in Bogotá.
Lina has a Master’s in Human Resources Management from Cornell University, NY, and an MBA in International Business from Foro Europeo-Escuela de Negocios de Navarra (Spain). Previously, Lina obtained a degree in International Business from Universidad de la Sabana, Bogotá, Colombia.
She worked previously for Human Capital Consulting in Bogota as Vice-President of Business Development. In this role, she supported the Presidents’ commercial and business strategy, which involved data mining for new clients, market analysis, telemarketing, and corporate events.
While finishing her Master’s degree in Spain, she worked at Seeligery Conde in Madrid, where she was the right-hand person to the firm’s International Director.
She is certified in Hogan Assessments and Strategic Human Resources Management and is fully bilingual in English and Spanish.
