Silvia Carrillo currently serves as Senior Director of Cornerstone Colombia, Dominican Republic and the Caribbean. She brings more than 10 years of experience in consulting firms, leading talent strategies for organizations across Latin America and the Caribbean.
Throughout her career, she has led the structuring and launch of new business units, including the Hays International Desk for Latin America and the Caribbean, and Hays Project Solutions in the Andean Region. In these roles, she was responsible for defining commercial strategy, positioning, value propositions, and building regional teams.
Silvia specializes in Executive Search, RPO solutions, and strategic talent consulting. She has extensive experience in market expansion and building operations from the ground up. She combines commercial vision, deep market knowledge, and a results-driven mindset to connect executive talent with sustainable organizational growth across the region.
She holds a degree in Psychology from Universidad Autรณnoma de Bucaramanga and has international academic exposure, along with a strategic perspective focused on aligning talent and business to generate regional impact. She is a bilingual executive with full professional proficiency in English and Spanish.
