Julie joined Cornerstone Paris | Peak Life Science in 2020, taking charge of all Talent Acquisition initiatives across a wide range of industries, with a strong focus on healthcare, pharmaceuticals, medical devices, biotech, and MedTech sectors. With expertise in sourcing and talent attraction strategies, and certified in the Lominger® methodology, Julie has developed a reputation for successfully leading recruitment and talent management projects. This includes handling both large-scale and individual projects, competency modeling, job description calibration, market analysis, and leading structured, methodological interviews (Competency Behavior Interviews Architect®). Her talent management work involves projects of all sizes using certified tools, such as Assessment & Development Centers, 360° feedback, and 2P Audits, to ensure tailored talent development solutions. Julie holds a Master’s degree from IGS and ESAM Parisian business schools.
