Rodolfo Artiles is the Managing Director of Cornerstone International Group in Miami,
leading executive search and leadership consulting services for Miami and the Hispanic
markets in the USA. With over 31 years of experience, he has built a distinguished
career spanning multinational corporations and business consulting, working across the
U.S., Latin America, and Africa. His expertise covers a diverse range of industries,
including consumer goods (home care, personal care, and food), durable goods
(appliances), and health & wellness, as well as exposure to retail, restaurants, paper,
beverages, confectionery, distribution, pharmaceuticals, and pet care.
Throughout his career, Rodolfo has lived in six countries and worked directly in over 30
markets, bringing a deep understanding of international business dynamics. He held
key leadership positions at Procter & Gamble, The Clorox Company, and Whirlpool
Corporation, where he managed multi-country operations and oversaw P&Ls of up to
$300 million. His ability to drive business transformation, optimize go-to-market
strategies, and expand international operations has made him a trusted leader in the
industry.
Before joining Cornerstone, Rodolfo founded and served as President of Business
Management Allied (BMA), a consultancy specializing in corporate strategy, business
optimization, and operational execution. His experience in executive search, leadership
development, and talent acquisition equips him to help organizations build high-
performing teams and drive sustainable growth.
A firm believer in mentorship and leadership development, Rodolfo has served as a
Board Member of Enactus, currently a board member of a pet products
commercialization group and international mentor at Endeavor and Parallel 18,
supporting high-impact entrepreneurs worldwide. His academic background includes a
Bachelor of Science from Universidad del Valle de Guatemala and a Master of Science
from Auburn University, Alabama, USA. Recognized for his visionary leadership,
