Clotilde joined Cornerstone Paris | Peak Life Science in 2017 to lead international executive search projects, with a strong focus on scientific and medical leadership roles. She brings 17 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry at Schering and Bayer, managing cross-border responsibilities across Canada and Europe. She has extensive expertise in product launches and cross-functional initiatives, and has held positions such as Global Medical Affairs Scientist and Deputy Director, Global MSL Excellence. Clotilde also heads the Talent Management Practice and is a certified coach (RNCP, LEA® Leadership Effectiveness Analysis, Disc®, NLP), supporting executives and board members with a focus on intergenerational leadership. She holds a Master’s degree in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology from Université Louis Pasteur, France.
