As a respected expert in recruitment, Petra brings over 20 years of experience  in recruitment, HR strategy and leadership development across international and multicultural environments. Her career spans the entire spectrum of recruitment roles from sourcing and executive search to leading teams of 30 recruiters, where she managed full cycle hiring processes for up to 1,000 professionals annually. 

Before joining Cornerstone, Petra held senior recruitment leadership positions at Accenture, Valeo, and Moneta Money Bank (formerly GE Money Bank), where she gained valuable experience in technology, manufacturing, automotive, and banking sectors. She also led international recruitment projects and training programs for recruiters across Europe, the Americas, Africa, and Asia, building scalable recruitment capabilities and enhancing hiring quality and consistency. 

As President and Co-founder of the non-profit organization Recruitment Association, she significantly contributes to professionalizing and raising the prestige of recruitment in the Czech Republic. Under her leadership, the Recruitment Association transformed from the online community Recruitment Club with over 2000 members into a respected professional organization that creates space for knowledge sharing and professional growth support. 

In her role as Chief Content Officer at BeHERObot, she has brought her extensive recruitment know-how to a unique AI product. Her expertise forms the foundation of a specialized AI consultant for HR and recruitment that combines professional knowledge with cutting-edge technologies and fully complies with Czech and Slovak legislation. BeHERObot is also ready for global expansion with the capability to implement labor legislation from other countries. 

Drawing on her rich practical experience, Petra has been serving as an external consultant at the Czech University (ČZU) for 8 years, where she lectures in HR with a focus on recruitment. This teaching activity allows her to pass on her experience to the next generation of HR professionals and actively bridge the academic sphere with the practical needs of the labor market. 

Petra holds a Master’s degree in Human Resource Management from J. A. Komenský University in Prague and a bachelor’s degree in Labor Law from Comenius University in Bratislava.
