Petr Toman is a former Group CEO and board member with more than 30 years of senior executive experience in growth, restructuring, profitability improvement, international expansion, and operating model transformation. He combines board-level perspective with hands-on execution and strong financial discipline.

In his most recent role, Petr served as Group CEO and executive board member of an international group with 700–1,200 employees and more than 30 companies across 6 countries. He led international development, crisis management, operational continuity, and growth under highly complex conditions, including direct leadership of business activities in Ukraine during the war.

He delivered measurable business results including revenues exceeding USD 70 million, a pre-war EBITDA-to-revenue ratio of 46%, EBITDA margins of up to 67% in earlier executive roles, tripling revenues within one year, and fivefold revenue growth within two years in an established business.

Petr helps founder-led and owner-managed companies move to the next stage of development by strengthening governance, building capable executive and middle-management layers, improving reporting transparency and management control, and supporting owners in major transformation and growth decisions.

His experience covers operating model redesign, profitability improvement, restructuring, market-entry execution, M&A and strategic partner work, and implementation of modern management and IT systems that improve reporting, control, execution quality, and decision-making across the organization.

He also brings direct experience from large-scale logistics and trading operations under time-critical conditions, as well as earlier board and CEO roles in private equity-backed, telecom, internet, and construction businesses involving turnarounds, greenfield projects, growth acceleration, and exits.

Petr studied at the University of Economics in Prague, where he earned an Ing. degree, and later completed the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) program with AIMR in the United States.
