Since 2019, she has been actively involved in HR and recruitment, combining her creative thinking with a business approach and technological innovations.

As a co-founder and vice president of a non-profit organization Recruitment Association, she significantly contributes to the professionalization of recruitment in the Czech Republic. Within the association, she built and leads a mentoring team and co-organizes Innovation Summits: AI in Practice, which connect recruitment professionals and showcase effective use of artificial intelligence in recruitment and HR processes.

Currently, she also leads BeHERObot, a company that brings to market a unique AI product – a personal consultant with verified professional know-how for recruitment and HR business partnering. This tool combines HR expertise with modern technologies and fully complies with Czech and Slovak legislation. BeHERObot is also ready for global expansion with the possibility of implementing labor legislation from other countries.

Pavlína also creates specialized GPT assistants for freelancers and small to medium-sized business owners who need effective support in various areas of business. These AI tools help entrepreneurs delegate tasks and focus on the strategic growth of their business.

As an active business mentor within the successful Czech platform #HolkyzByznysu, she uses her experience from founding own companies and launching several projects to help primarily women entrepreneurs transform their ideas into successful businesses.
