Paulo Stoll is Executive Manager in Cornerstone Talent Acquisition, one of Cornerstone’s verticals in Peru’s operation.
Paulo Stoll is a professional with more than 8 years of experience in the management of leading global companies. In his professional career, he has held various positions in companies such as Interbank, Aenza (former Graña y Montero Group) and Michael Page.
Prior to joining Cornerstone, Paulo Stoll worked at Michael Page for over 3 years, where he held various positions before becoming a Senior Associate. Paulo has demonstrated his ability to lead teams and manage complex processes in challenging environments. His experience in the area of finance and business strategy has made him an expert in decision making and implementation of profitable growth strategies.
In his current role as Executive Manager of Cornerstone’s Finance, Banking & Insurance, Real Estate Divisions, he leads an international recruiting team and is responsible for developing and executing growth strategies for the company.
Under her leadership, the Finance team has achieved significant results in the recruitment and selection of CFOs, Audit Managers, Accounting Managers, Project Managers and other positions in the financial and real estate sector.
Paulo Stoll has a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration (top tenth) with an MBA from INCAE Business School. He is also an Intentional Certified Executive Coach by the ICI of Germany and professor of Employability at the Universidad del Pacífico. He is fluent in Spanish and English.
