Paul (DongWoong) Park is the ICT & Advanced Technology Practice Leader at Cornerstone International Group’s Seoul office, where he leads executive search and leadership advisory engagements across Technology, Digital Infrastructure, Aviation IT, and Artificial Intelligence (AI). He brings over 20 years of experience in global IT operations and digital transformation, with deep expertise in mission-critical systems and high-availability service environments.
Prior to joining Cornerstone, Paul served as IT Manager at Global Blue, where he led enterprise- wide digital transformation initiatives and oversaw IT operations with full P&L responsibility. He played a key role in driving service excellence across hybrid infrastructure environments while ensuring strong alignment between technology strategy and core business objectives.
Earlier in his career, Paul spent more than a decade at SITA, a global leader in air transport IT solutions. During this time, he managed large-scale service delivery and mission-critical system implementations for major airline and airport clients, including Korean Air and Incheon International Airport, operating within complex 24×7 operational environments.
Drawing on his background as a senior IT operator, Paul advises clients on the appointment of senior technology leaders, including CIOs, CTOs, Heads of Infrastructure, Digital Transformation Leaders, and AI-focused executives. He is increasingly engaged in AI executive search, supporting organizations in identifying leaders such as Chief AI Officers, Heads of Data & AI, AI Platform Leaders, and Applied AI Strategy Executives who can successfully embed AI into core business operations while managing risk, scalability, and governance.
Paul is particularly focused on identifying leaders capable of succeeding in complex, service-driven
organizations and delivering sustained business performance through technology and data-driven
innovation.
Paul holds a Bachelor’s degree in Information and Communication Engineering from Soongsil
University and is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP).
