Nadya Soetedja is the Founder of Inspire Recruitment Indonesia. She is the Managing Partner of Cornerstone-Jakarta, Cornerstone International Group’s (CIG) member firm in Indonesia.
At Cornerstone, she supports and advises business owners, CEOs, and senior executives on leadership talent across all industries, including FMCG, consumer and life sciences, medical devices, capital markets and financial services, property, retail, F&B, and industrial and energy-related businesses. With more than 25 years of experience across executive recruitment, talent acquisition, business development, marketing communications, and corporate finance, Nadya brings a rare multidisciplinary perspective and a trusted, relationship-led approach to her clients.
Nadya leverages this diverse background to deliver senior executive appointments that drive organizational performance, leadership continuity, and sustainable growth. Assignments range from functional leadership and General Management to C-suite and Board-level roles, including Business Directors, Commercial and Marketing leaders, General Managers, CFOs, and senior HR leaders.
Her approach is highly consultative rather than transactional: she looks beyond a candidate’s CV, combining market knowledge and personal assessment to understand whether an individual’s experience, character, leadership style, and aspirations are genuinely aligned with the organization’s direction and future.
Before founding Inspire Recruitment Indonesia in 2013, Nadya moved into the recruitment and talent industry with PeopleSource Indonesia in 2008, initially leading its FMCG & Life Sciences branch before progressing to General Manager. Her earlier career began in corporate finance with Jardine Fleming Nusantara—a member of the Jardine Group that later became JP Morgan Indonesia—followed by advertising and marketing communications positions with Ogilvy Indonesia, Carlston Marketing Group, and McCann, and several years as a marketing communications consultant and entrepreneur.
An Indonesian with an international outlook, Nadya holds a BBA with Honours in Business Administration, majoring in Marketing, from Indonesian European University, and completed postgraduate studies in Sales & Marketing at HIM Business School.
Her unique blend of commercial, financial, and communications experience, combined with an extensive executive network across Indonesia and beyond, enables her to offer expanded solutions beyond traditional executive search, supporting clients in adapting to an evolving business landscape.
