Gulsah Hammas is the founding and managing partner of Cornerstone International Group’s Retained Search office in Istanbul, Turkey. She provides a full range of services from executive search and board consulting to management appraisals, serving clients across various industries and corporate functions.
Before joining Cornerstone , Gulsah established her own executive search firm in Turkey, which was the start of her search and leadership consulting career.
Prior to that, Gulsah gathered years of experience in the multinational arena working for publicly listed companies, mainly in commercial managerial roles. She led and worked closely with functions, such as sales, trade marketing, brand marketing, finance, manufacturing, and supply chain.
Gulsah holds a degree in Economics from University of Istanbul and also completed post-graduate education in search and leadership. She speaks English and Turkish.
