With over 20 years of senior Sales & Marketing experience across Australian and international markets, she is respected by her clients for her comprehensive industry insight, strategic approach, and unwavering commitment to delivering quality talent outcomes.
Denise’s background is primarily in executive search, talent advisory, and senior Sales & Marketing leadership spanning more than two decades.
Prior to founding her firms, Denise held senior leadership roles with top multinational organizations in the IT, telecommunications, and publishing sectors. Her corporate experience includes positions as General Manager of Sales, National Sales Director, and National Sales and Marketing Manager. This dual perspective as a former employer, candidate, and recruiter equips her with a distinctive, end-to-end understanding of the talent acquisition process.
Whilst Sydney based, Denise’s clients and network extend across Australia and internationally. She is regularly engaged to conduct senior executive searches and advisory assignments, with a specialization in Executive Management, Sales, Sales-related Technical and Solutions roles, Marketing, Operations, and Customer Experience. Her industry expertise is broad, with particular depth in ICT and Digital Transformation. Denise is also dedicated to advancing diversity partnerships at the senior executive level.
Regarded as a trusted advisor, she leverages her extensive networks and market insight to ensure precise cultural and functional fits for both organizations and candidates. As a Certified Coach, she further supports professional growth through mentoring and career advisory services.
Beyond her consulting practice, Denise contributes to industry and community leadership. She previously served on the Board of Women in Management, supporting women in Australian business. Currently, she is a Board Member of Freshwater Community Bank, where she leads the HR function, and is a co-founder of Friends of Freshwater, a community action group.
