Anne brings a unique dual expertise, with 16 years in the pharmaceutical industry and 15+ years in Executive Search. She founded Cornerstone Paris | Peak Life Science in 2013, after having led the Life Sciences Practice at Korn Ferry and holding leadership roles at Ipsen, Eli Lilly, Pfizer, and MSD (Merck & Co.). She advises boards and CEOs on senior leadership recruitment, executive team alignment, and governance strategies, across all lifecycle stages from early-stage biotech to listed pharma groups.
Her sector focus spans pharma, biotech, medtech, diagnostics, and global health. Since 2019, Cornerstone Paris | Peak Life Science has been part of the Cornerstone International Group, with 60 offices worldwide. Anne co-leads the global Life Sciences Practice, activating cross-border talent strategies and cultivating partnerships with key players in the US & EMEA.
She also serves as a board member and advisor, notably for REGEnLIFE (a medtech company working on the brain–gut axis in Alzheimer’s disease), and contributes to healthtech scale-ups through Advisory Boards. Anne holds a Master’s in Neuroscience from the University of Massachusetts, an MBA from ESCP Europe, and a Master of Science in Management from ESSEC.
