Daniella is senior executive in Career Transition Programs and expert in the enhancement of employability skills.
She has previously worked in the Telecommunication, Retail and Consultancy sector, among national and international companies.
Additional Professional Activities
Daniella has wide experience leading and developing Human Resources processes, such as career transition coaching, potential evaluation, workshops on employability and talent atraction, acquisition and training. Besides, she is an expert in the development of organizational competencies for middle management and directive roles.
Education
Daniella holds a degree in Psychology from Universidad de Lima and a specialization on Cognitive Psychoterapy and Rational Emotive Behaviour Therapy by Psicotrec Peru. She is also a certificated Strategy Coach by Career Partners International.
