Daniela Mendez is a transformational leader with more than 12 years of experience in strategic human resources consulting for top-tier multinational clients such as BBVA, AB InBev, Saga Falabella, Ripley, Citibank of America and JP Morgan.

She specializes in projects across the end-to-end corporate people-cycle, including culture, talent development, executive search and technical HR initiatives. Daniela is also an executive and ontological coach focused on supporting the career development of C-suite leaders and board members.

In recent years, she played a key role in the transformation of TASA, the fish-meal industrial company of Grupo Breca, where she oversaw major initiatives related to Industry 4.0, data analytics, strategic management, innovation and circular economy.

Certified as an OKR Coach, Agile Coach, Product Owner and Scrum Master, she has led the development of applications, high-impact systems integrations and the implementation of ERP, CRM and world-class operational platforms such as SAP HANA and Salesforce.

Daniela holds a bachelor’s degree in business engineering from Universidad Católica Boliviana with a specialization in Finance, and an MBA from ESADE.
