Teresa Choi is a Partner at Cornerstone Korea / Fortis Partners, where she leads the office’s HR Executive Search, HRD, and Training Consulting Practice Team.
Prior to joining Cornerstone Korea / Fortis Partners, she was the Chief Executive of Polaris & Fortis Co., Ltd., managing corporate talent training programs, sales and business development, and the HR Executive Search business for the past nine years. Before Polaris & Fortis, she worked at INKIUM HRD Center as Head of Corporate Training Business Development and Sales for five years, overseeing major Korean conglomerates and MNCs, focusing on HR training, talent management programs, and HR executive search.
Before joining the HRD sector, she worked at a reputable local search firm as an Executive Search Client Partner & Director of Business Development, covering MNC and Korean conglomerates at C-level, director, and senior executive positions. Previously, she worked at iEnter Co., Ltd. as a sales manager of the HR education business team, leading the team and developing business.
She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from Hanyang University, has completed the Japanese Language Studies program at Tokyo International Japanese Language School, and an Advanced Program in Cultural Creativity Leadership at Kyung Hee University.
