Caroline joined Cornerstone Paris | Peak Life Science in 2024 as an International Recruitment Consultant, contributing to executive search and talent management projects across Europe and the US. She previously held senior procurement leadership roles at Sanofi (Director, Procurement, EMEA Oncology & Hematology) and Safran (Head of Procurement, Eastern Europe, Defense), where she managed complex multi-country projects and supplier strategies in highly regulated industries.
Caroline is recognized for her ability to harmonize practices across countries, navigate intercultural environments, and lead multiple international initiatives in parallel. Her transition from senior leadership roles in industry to executive search gives her a unique perspective on client challenges, combining operational insight with a talent advisory approach. She holds a Master’s degree in Management from IÉSEG School of Management.
