Most of my clients are senior level executives and business owners who want to simplify their lives, be the best they can be and achieve a balance in life. They are motivated, interested in self-development, bright, open to stretching and challenging themselves, and often are highly creative. I have particular interest in working with HR executives unleashing their innovative talents and experience for future career directions. Additionally, I have worked with several Chinese owners who are at the top of their organization and either want to improve their skills or work on the legacy they wish to leave behind.

Results Achieved

A Chinese business owner in China had consistently produced stellar results—yet she left many disgruntled staff and family issues due to her lack of interpersonal skills. As she was approaching retirement in the next few years, she began to think of the legacy she wanted to leave behind. Coaching resulted in dramatic changes.

Professional History

Prior to joining the management consulting and executive coaching field in 2003. I had 25 years of leadership experience in diverse marketing and manufacturing industries. I was the General Manager of Philips Lighting in China and East Asia and was previously General Manager & CEO of Inchcape Pacific, Carnation Foods and Getz Brothers.  I was also in government service in Canada as International Trade Director of China & South Pacific for the Province of Alberta. This gives me a unique combination of experience from three disciplines – the Corporate Executive Suite, Management Consulting and Public sector. I use a practical business approach to help companies in their talent needs as well finding ways to capitalize on their strengths in leadership and ensuring contributions are aligned with business and personal goals.
