Typical Clients

My clients both work in the private and the public sector. They operate as an executive, manager, owner or specialist. Usually they want to become more effective in leading their organizations to achieve better business results and/or to improve personal effectiveness both as an individual or as a leader.  Most of the challenges we work on relate to the management of new roles, relationships with teams, colleagues or other executives. How to step up to more senior leadership levels or develop the leadership skills of high potential talent are typical struggling topics we deal with.

Secondly, I also work together with private individuals who are in need to solve issues regarding important decisions or develop future options both in their personal and professional lives. By boosting confidence and supporting their will to work on themselves they can achieve true life advancements and transformations.

Results Achieved

The main focus is always to achieve the client’s individual goals and to bring change in their performance and/or behavior.

Here are some of the comments I have received:

“With your wit and analytical ability we lightheartedly traveled to the core of the subject.”

“As a result of your completely different view, thoughts and images, this coaching enabled me to move forward. Your intuition is extremely powerful.”

“Alice taught me to listen to myself, by taking control back over myself and work. She enabled me to re-view myself constantly, to change my own thinking and assumptions that blocked me.”

“Alice has the courage to dive deep into emotion with a combination of lightness and respect for the clients agenda”.
